| Nurturing the Best in Ballet |
| | ENDOWMENT | | St. Petersburg Ballet Society has early recognized that the Society's expenses would eventually outstrip its earned income and annual fund raising capabilities combined. The Society recognized the need to build a strong endowment that would produce income to fill the envisioned gap. Building this endowment has been a major effort ever since. | | | All gifts to the endowment are invested and St. Petersburg Ballet Society then draws down funds every year to help meet its annual expenses. Because of this any contribution to the endowment means support for St. Petersburg Ballet Society in perpetuity. Gifts may be designated for any number of specific purposes -- student scholarships, faculty salaries, Student Social and Cultural Programs, etc. -- or given simply to support general operating expenses. | |
